These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Easy Washline website and your purchase of products from Easy Washline. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Easy Washline

Easy Washline supplies wall-mounted aluminium foldaway washing lines to customers in South Africa.

Easy Washline trades as Ironstone and Steel. Our premises are at 11a Mocke Road, Diep River, Cape Town, 7801. You can reach us on +27 82 450 1187 or at info@easywashline.co.za.

2. Products

Our Easy Washline is a wall-mounted aluminium foldaway washing line providing approximately 13 metres of drying space. The standard washing line measures approximately 2 300mm wide by 800mm deep when extended and is supplied fully assembled.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications displayed on the website are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery charges are dealt with in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. An order will be regarded as accepted once we have confirmed the order and received or authorised payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• there is an obvious error in the price or product description;
• we are unable to fulfil the order;
• there is suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, the payment may be subject to that provider's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Payflex. Where Payflex is selected as the payment method, the purchase of the Easy Washline remains subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any instalment or payment arrangement entered into with Payflex is subject to Payflex's applicable terms and conditions.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection arrangements, including delivery charges and applicable delivery timeframes, are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Installation

The Easy Washline is supplied fully assembled and requires mounting to a suitable wall or structure.

Easy Washline offers an optional installation service in Cape Town. Installation is not included in the purchase price unless expressly agreed and paid for separately.

Where a customer elects to install the washing line themselves, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the wall or structure and installation method are suitable.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our returns, refunds and warranty arrangements are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any rights that a customer may have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse the Easy Washline website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Easy Washline and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where necessary.

12. Events outside our control

Easy Washline will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, interruptions to transport or courier services, infrastructure failures, power failures, civil unrest or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Personal information provided to Easy Washline is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force at the time your order is placed. The most recent version will be published on the Easy Washline website.

15. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
