Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you're not fully happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@easywashline.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your reason for the return, images of the item, and proof of purchase.

To process exchanges or returns, notify us of the shipping or delivery information within the same 7-day period. The product should be in its original, unused state with the packaging intact. TIP: Keep the original packaging and shipping materials for returns.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll assess it to verify it meets our return guidelines. Returns that aren't due to fault will be subject to a 10% handling fee. You can opt for either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
